- Q: By which model agency this contest was initiated?
- A: > This site/contest was not initiated by a agency, it is a personal initiative.
- Q: Is this another social network?
- A: > No, there are other and better alternatives available like: MySpace, Orkut, hi5, Hyves, XING and LinkedIn. The main purpose of this site is to let (potential) photo or casting models post their profile, to let other people vote for them and to let them to be discovered by model and casting agencies.
- Q: How much does it cost?
- A: > This service is free without obligations.
- Q: What is the minimal length, maximal weight and age to subscribe myself as model at this site?
- A: > Every model from Europe is allowed to subscribe as model at this site, no limitation in sizes or age.
- Q: What are the limitations for a picture?
- A: > At model pictures, exactly one face (with or without body) should be visible. No offending i.e. naked persons are allowed. The maximum picture size is: 3MB. Picture format must be JPG or GIF.
- Q: Who can register a profile?
- A: > Every model who has a picture, which is not offending and who likes to make his/her profile online available. Ofcourse the picture should show yourself. Models use this form.
Besides of that photographers, wardrobe stylists, hair stylists, makeup artists, employees of a model agency, employees of a casting agency and customers can create a profile using this form.
- Q: Ok, I registered as model and my profile was approved, how can I create my composite card?
- A: > Login and click at the left side on 'Edit comp card'.
- Q: Why is my profile not showing up in the search results?
- A: > Only profiles with an attached composite card are included in the search results. Solution: Create a composite card.
- Q: How can I include more than one picture in my profile?
- A: > This is a models only feature. Models have to create a composite card (login to accomplish this). Additional pictures can be uploaded via their profile. Only the last uploaded pictures wil be shown in your composite card.
- Q: How can I change my profile picture?
- A: > Upload a new picture from within your profile edit page. The last uploaded picture will be set as your profile picture. Don't be afraid of duplicate pictures, they will be automatically deleted.
- Q: Who can see my profile?
- A: > Everybody on the Internet can see your profile.
- Q: Who can vote on my profile?
- A: > Everybody on the Internet can vote one time from a given IP-address.
- Q: Who can post comments on a profile?
- A: > Only persons with a profile at this site can post comments.
- Q: How can I add or change my comp card a.k.a. composite card, comp sheet, model card, Sed card, or Zed card?
- A: > Go to your personal profile edit page, click the 'Edit comp card'-link, complete the form and press 'Submit'. This is a models only feature.
- Q: Why is there a watermark (VIDEGRO.NET) through my picture?
- A: > This watermark overlay has been added to your picture to protect it from being abused by other people i.e published at other sites, commercials or printed media.
- Q: What can I do when the picture and/or text at a certain profile is inappropriate or somebody is abusing my picture?
- A: > Report this to us, by clicking in the profile the link 'Report offensive profile'.
